A Barn Dance (sorry, many photos)

Sorry..there are many photos!

I (with help) cooked a crawdad boil for some friends and neighbors recently...
We had a barn dance.

To season pot,
lemons, onions, garlic, crawdad boil seasoning, coarse salt, cayenne pepper.
75lb crawdads
75lb smoked sausage
75lb shrimp
65lb crab legs
65lb potatoes
300 ears corn on the cob
420 slices grilled garlic bread
cocktail sauce
garlic butter

food tent...

bier, whiskey, tequila, rum, Jack, Crown, vodka, and others....

used 7 cooking pots...

and crab leg pot...

and we danced...

not good pictures, I was busy cooking and dancing.

we listened to 'Boot Scootin" music...and we "Polished our belt buckles" (slow danced).

Danke Thorsten! I had 2 cowboy friends helping me cook. They also lifted the heavy pots and poured the food onto the tables for me.
lol I love the BBQ Pirates shirt that Rolf sent and I wear it often....but I have not taken a photo of me it.
