Rolf thank you! The beef cheeks were slow simmered first. I like to make a batch in advance and keep them in my freezer...then make tacos like this when I want a quick meal. They are one of my favorites too. So tender.

Danke Mr Liberty! That is my yard. The next ranch house is 2 miles away, so it is very quiet out here. Just me and the horses and cattle and pigs and chickens and deer and coyotes.... I guess it is crowded out here. lol
