lol I do not understand all the words Rolf, but think it is something about how to make a bacon weave? :)

Here is how I make them...

1 pound of sliced bacon..

lay 6 sliced out... lay on a sheet of plastic wrap.

start the weave in the middle...

do one side then the other side...

turn the weave and place fatty on one corner...

then roll up tucking in the sides as you go...use the plastic wrap to help you roll the fattie.

I hope this is what you were asking. :)

Yes, we have been talking about the bacon weave.
Yours is so pretty evenly,. But I think, this is a question of quality. Mostly the bacon we can get, is soft structured; not easy to braid a weave of it. . . .

Thank you for posting your pics.

BTW: Is this bacon from your own raised pigs??

LG Rolf

I see... :)
The bacon you get must be different than what is here. We can get thick slices or thin slices. I prefer thin slices for fatties.
This batch is not my homemade bacon.

Thank you for explaining to me Rolf! :)

Hi cowgirl,

Your thin slices are still twice as thick as our thick slices!

This ingredients are some kind of german Bauernfrühstück.

Looks good and probably tastes even better!:prost1:

I did not know that Bruce, danke for the information. Do you sometimes make your own bacon?
This is a sort of "farmers breakfast". Very filling!

Thank you so much for your kind comment. :)

I am speechless, Jeanie.

This is the most perfect bacon bomb i have ever seen.

And also perfect like anything else you posted @bbq pirates

In French: chapeaux :D

Just another amazing idea.. ..thanks for sharing your breakfast with us :pirate3biggrin:
