Sorry for my poor language and translation skills. I hope the pics will explain how I make this.

mein Hasty Bake charcoal cooker.

leave the skin on the bottom of salmon and trim the sides...

insert lemon slices into slits in the salmon...

make crab stuffing..
2 cups crab meat
3 minced scallions
1 clove minced garlic
salt to taste
lemon pepper seasoning to taste

drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning

make rice
2 cups instant rice
2 cups chicken stock
2 minced scallions
herbs of choice

into smoker..

I cook until juice forms on top..

The rice does take on a nice smoked flavor. I really like it.

Great job... ...need to try your crab meat stuffing on white fish. I'd assume that should be a match, too.
