Mein Bacon Eggrolls

Breakfast


cold smoked bacon...

sliced thin...

eggs cooked with butter, minced garlic and scallions..

rolled "eggroll" style...
dipped in egg/milk and panko

fried til crisp and golden...

with hollandaise sauce for dipping..

they are crisp on the outside and smokey and tender inside.

lol Danke Gordon! The white blocks are Pepperjack cheese and Mozzarella cheese.. I like them smoked.
