Some pulled pork on the UDS.
I inject pork butt with a mixture of beef stock, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper..
Sprinkle with Big Poppa dry rub...
into UDS at 275F with mesquite wood for smoke...
removed from UDS when internal temperature reached 200F
Wrapped and rested in cooler..
fried onions, garlic and peppers for beans...
drizzle corn with olive oil, season with black pepper and coarse salt, then wrap in bacon...
beans and corn in UDS..
pulled pork...
PP sandwich, corn, beans, coleslaw and spicy green bean pickles...
