A campfire cook.

I use a tractor tire rim for campfire ring. It's easy for me to roll around where I need it. :)

But thank God, you prepared the perfect meal in a different way.

Thank you, now I'm hungry at this time.

What kind of beer you have drunk this time?

Danke Rolf! You are very kind. I let the shoulder roast over indirect heat. I keep the fire low and on one side of the rim....the shoulder roasted for a little over 4 hours. It was not chewy. It is easier for me to cook a shoulder this way and let everyone carve their own meat. Thank you again. :)
