3-1-1 Camp Spares

I went camping last week. Used my little charcoal cooker for most meals. (campfires were not allowed)

remaining hot coals from breakfast cooking...

Spares with Season All...

smoked for 3 hours... (turned and rotated several times while cooking)

foiled for 1 hour with beef stock, onion and granulated garlic...

unfoiled for 1 hour....

heated pot of beans with bacon, onion and spices..

and sauced...

3-1-1 spares with beans and slaw..

The week of camping was fun.

The lake is about 2 hours from my home. I camp there a lot.
There is wind too!! It would be a great place to wind surf.
