Danke for looking!

Ahoi Sweety :pir_arr:

i would like to try your brisket anytime, anywhere (is it top-gun? with tom cruise?)

Looks incredible good!
How long did it take?

That's a perfect combination! I love Brisket, though I never tried it your way on a bun. Next time I will, for sure!

GlückAuf,
Lucky

Danke everyone!

lol Danke Gordon, you do sound like tom cruise.

Thank you Rolf! The brisket took about 8 1/2 hours on the drum. I have much leftover for making quick meals. :)

Danke Lucky! Hope you give the sandwiches a try sometime. Good luck to you! :)

Moin jeanie,

it looks very delicious. The beans may have a high fart factor :becky:

Danke Piraten Friends!

Yes, and he's as tall as Tom Cruise! :piratelol:

Yes Maxx!
I fry 6 pieces of bacon until crisp, then saute minced onions, two cloves of minced garlic, green chile peppers and sometimes jalapenos in the bacon drippings. When they are tender I add 4 cups of cooked pinto beans, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, cayenne pepper, coarse salt, cracked black pepper, and sometimes red pepper flakes. I like them spicy.
I let them cook until heated through on the smoker. Before serving I top the beans with the crumbled cooked bacon.
I wish you good luck with them! :)
