Another great post. I think this is unique, that bbq equitment is send to the US. Everytimes else we are looking for someone to sendt equitment to deutschland. By the way. The fatty looks great.

The bacon you can buy here is much too thin for such a nice weave...
But you can buy a bacon and cut it as thick as you need it...

Danke Wingo! Yes I think the bacon here is wide and thicker.
Thank you for the link to the book. I didn't know they had written one! They made a fatty into a bacon explosion and became famous. I remember them from an American BBQ forum. :) Thank you again!
