boiled for 45 minutes to render fat ...
removed any meat and fat with a spoon...
dried skins in oven at 170F overnight to dry until brittle...
the dried pork rind...
break pork rind into pieces and heat oil...
fry until puffy...
They cook fast!
crispy chicharrón...
with SM Dry Rub seasoning...
Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce...
and a cold beer.
Chicharron Shrimp...
