Grilled Calamari

I made a stuffing using seasoned bread cubes, minced scallions, minced garlic, cracked black pepper, olive oil and a little bit of chicken stock.

rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with Big Poppa Smokers Seasoned Salt...

grilled on medium high heat on gas grill...

added the little legs....

made greek salad... greens, tomatoes, red onion slices, kalamata olives, olive oil, a splash of vinegar, cracked black pepper, coarse salt and feta cheese.

and sliced...

lol Rolf... I'm glad I can spell calamari, I love to cook them!
My little Kodak Easy Share camera is old but it is enough for me. I have too many other things on my "want" list than a new camera.
