Smoked Spam

This is finger food.

cut not all the way through..

into UDS

Mix brown sugar und cayenne pepper (as hot as you like)

put whiskey in spray bottle..

Smoke Spam for one hour or until it "blooms"

sprinkle with cayenne/brown sugar

and spritz with whiskey

cook 15 minutes more or to make the coating glaze.

cut and serve as finger food...

Hatte extra für´s Vatertagsgrillen dieses Spam bestellt. In den Schrank gelegt und: vergessen!
