Pulled Beef Indian Fry Bread Taco

Danke for the kind comments everyone! :) The fry bread goes good with any kind of meats, pulled pork and chicken too.

Pulled beef in 5 1/2 hours, that must be a new record. I remember spending almost 50 hours once.


Wow 50 hours is a long time! This was a small beef chuck ... about 3 pounds. Danke DonGeilo! :)

Moin Son! :) Yes the beef chuck was tender in 5 1/2 hours. It was a small chuck, did not take long. Other cuts of beef like brisket, take a lot longer to break down and become tender. I did not take the internal temperature of the beef when ready. I just pulled it apart with a fork to see if it was tender. (hope that makes sense)

Pulled Beef so gemacht wie Mami es beschrieben hat ;)

Brotteig hergestellt, fried till puffy.

Leider habe ich nicht so viele Bilder machen können, ich war doch stark angeschlagen.
Aber das Fleisch musste nunmal verarbeitet werden.


Auf das Brot selbstgemachten Tzatziki, dann das PB drauf, oben etwas Tomate/Gurke/Schafskäse.

Ja herrschaftszeiten, das Fleisch war super!!!
